submission form with as much details as possible, since this will
facilitate processing of your samples and also can help us to give a
better interpretation of your results. Please use a legible
handwriting. All personal information issued on the test report will
be in accordance with the data provided by the referring person or
person requesting the test. All procedures carried out during sample
analysis are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures as
required as per ISO 17025 accreditation or GMP certification, where
appropriate for tests listed in scope for
